When can I expect my package?

Your order has been shipped and you will receive a tracking code. The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. Sometimes it may arrive sooner, but please allow for the full timeframe.

Why does delivery take longer than from a local warehouse?

We use an international warehouse because we are a global brand. By working with an international warehouse, we can offer better quality at sharper prices while also operating more sustainably. Even though your package comes internationally, we work with reliable carriers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

What do the tracking statuses mean?

Order ready: we have processed your order.

In Transit: we’ve handed your order over to our shipping partner (DHL, PostNL, etc.).

Out for Delivery: our shipping partner is on the way to deliver your order.

What can I do if the status shows “In customs” for a while?

This rarely happens. Usually, it is resolved within 1–3 business days. No action is required from your side.

Do I need to contact you if I’m worried my package is lost?

That’s not necessary. We continuously monitor all shipments. If there has been no delivery or tracking update after 12 business days, please reach out to us.
