How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the products purchased and other relevant information.
Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been placed?
Modifications or cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet been processed. Please email us at info@dyne.fit as soon as possible with your specific requests, whether to modify or cancel the order. We will inform you whether the modification or cancellation is feasible.
How do I use a promo code with my order?
You can apply a promo code during the checkout process.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No, you can only use one discount code per order.
Shipping & Delivery
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer shipping via PostNL and DHL direct to your home. You can see the specific delivery method and its cost during the checkout process.
What are the shipping costs for orders?
Shipping costs depend on your location and will be shown during checkout. Orders over €50 are shipped for free.
How long does the delivery of my order take?
We offer fast worldwide shipping. Every order comes with a personal track & trace code, so you can follow your package at any time. Our average delivery time is just 4 business days. We work with a processing time of 1–3 business days and a transit time of 3–7 business days, depending on your location. This way, you always know what to expect and your order arrives quickly and reliably.
Do you offer international shipping, and what are the costs?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Every order includes a personal track & trace code so you can follow your package at all times. Shipping costs depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. We keep our rates as low as possible while ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor its delivery status.
How are the products packaged for shipping?
Each product is placed in an individual product bag, and then shipped in a shipping bag made of PE material. We strive for climate-friendly practices by minimizing packaging.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@dyne.fit within 7 days of delivery. Provide as much detail as possible including what is wrong, your order number, and contact information.
Returns & Refunds
How does your returns policy work?
You can return your products within 30 days. Notify us of your return by emailing returns@dyne.fit with your details, the products, and your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions. Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund you via your original payment method. Specific conditions can be found in our return policy.
Do you offer the possibility to return products after the 30-day period?
Generally, returns after the 30-day period are not accepted. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and we're happy to accommodate our customers' needs. Please email returns@dyne.fit with your reasons for the delayed return notification, along with your details, the products, your order number, and your preferred method of refund.
How can I return a product that was damaged or defective upon arrival?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@dyne.fit within 7 days of delivery. Provide as much detail as possible including what is wrong, your order number, and contact information.
Is it possible to exchange a product for a different size or color? How long does it take for an exchange to be processed?
Yes, exchanges are possible. Simply email returns@dyne.fit within 30 days. In your email, please include your details, order number, and what you would like to exchange for. Once everything is clarified, we typically process exchanges within 1 working day.
How can I track the status of my return shipment?
We will keep you informed via email once we have processed your return.
What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation of my return registration?
We always send a confirmation email. If you haven't received anything, please send an email to returns@dyne.fit.
Sizing
How do I determine the right size for myself?
Finding the right size can be challenging. That's why we provide a size chart with almost every product. Additionally, each product description includes the size worn by the model along with their height. For more detailed guidance, we've also written a blog post on sizing.
Are the sizes you use standard or do they vary by product?
Our sizes are standard EU sizes, however, the fit may vary from slim-fit to regular-fit depending on the product.
