At Dyne Fit, we understand how important it is for you to receive your new outfit quickly. That's why we make sure that if you place your order before 20:00 (CET), it is shipped the same day. Usually, you'll have it by the next day. (Specific delivery times and rates can be found during checkout.)
Returns
At Dyne Fit, your satisfaction with every purchase is our top priority. If an item does not fully meet your expectations, you can effortlessly return it within 14 days of receipt.
Free returns are available for all our customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, and France.
Roadmap
Initiate Return
Start the return process easily by sending an email to returns@dyne.fit. Don't forget to indicate which items you want to return, your order number, and the desired refund method. For a smooth return process, we kindly ask you to always send an email first.
Shipping Instructions
After registering your return, you will receive clear shipping instructions from us within 1 business day. These instructions will include our return address: Lange Marktstraat 1, Leeuwarden. Once you have these, you can send your package back to us.
Restitution
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will inspect the items. If approved, we will immediately process the refund in your preferred method.
