Return Policy
You have 30 days to request a return, starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. This must be done within 30 days of receipt.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to an EU country, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always free. Whether you need a different size or a different product, we cover both the shipping and the processing costs. Just let us know what you’d like to exchange in your email.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Sending a package back to our address (Lange Marktstraat 1, 8911 AD Leeuwarden) typically costs around €6, depending on the chosen shipping service. In addition, we charge a processing fee of €0.50 per returned item. These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We unfortunately cannot accept returns on items purchased using a discount code or automatic discount. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
